BROWN LINSEED
Brown Linseed contains a rich source of Omega 3 and 6 fibers, proteins, vitamin B1 and B2, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc and is therefore rightfully praised, in particular for its health benefits. In addition, linseed can be used in a variety of kitchen applications.
YELLOW LINSEED
The colour of yellow (or golden) linseed is lighter than that of brown linseed. Furthermore, they both have the same nutritional value and offer the same health benefits. Yellow linseed is cultivated in smaller amounts.
PRODUCTS
We very consciously chose to import and offer just one product. LINSEED. A single product excludes the risk of contamination or accidental mixing. This is an important aspect in view of the growing concern about allergens. Within our product we try to achieve maximum diversification.

Looking for cleaned linseed for human consumption? Linseed can be used in all kind of applications in addition to small packaging including bread, granola mixtures, roll toppings, etc.
Moreover they can sell heat-treated linseed as well. More and more customers are looking for germ-free products. For the linseed that is processed in the bakery segment, heat treatment is not required because the seed will be used in a baking process. Heat treatment can be recommended for direct consumption.
